After baking cakes for family and friends all my life I decided that I loved baking so much I wanted to do a lot more of it....... and Jeni's cupcakes was born. All of my cakes are hand crafted by me from the mixing of the cake to the final touches with a lot of love and attention to detail to create your perfect cake.
Jeni's Brownies started in 2016 when I decided to try a new venture. All my recipes have been tried and tested on my friends and are now ready for you to enjoy.

My kitchen has been awarded a Five Star Hygiene rating by Lancaster City Council which is the highest classification in the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. I have my Level Two in Food Safety and Hygiene and I am fully registered with Environmental Health and hold Public Liability Insurance. So now my cupcakes are available to the whole world and not just my friends.

WOW todays cupcakes we so worth the wait huni ....they were so scrummyyyyyyyyyyyyy....AND the fun buns .....although there were 3 of us doing rock paper scissors to see who got to scoff the pink coconut one hahahha....and I WON ......oh yeahhhhhhhhhhh lol ...thank you xx
